Perry Silver is a native of Long Island, New York. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree Magna Cum Laude in Biology from the State University of New York College at Buffalo in 1978. During college and dental school, Dr. Silver received extensive training and experience in Fresh Water and Organic Chemistry, Dental Implant Technology, Dental Assisting/Education and Dental Laboratory Technology.

In 1982, Dr. Silver went on to graduate from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He is an active member in the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, Suffolk County Dental Society, and Southampton Hospital Dental Study Club. He was selected from thousands of dentists nationwide by the American Dental Association in 2010 to be one of just 85 dentists to reach such a high level of recognition and achievement.
